Our project team participated in the XVIII EAAE Congress “Food System Transformation in Challenging Times”, held from August 26 to 29 at the University of Bonn, Germany.
At the congress, papers entitled “Is there a Market for Organic Milk in Serbia? Insights from Discrete Choice Experiment and Mediation Analysis” and “My Milk is Better than Yours! The Effect of Origin Labeling Regimes on Preferences of Serbian Milk Consumers” were presented.
Bojan Matkovski, Danilo Đokić, Teodora Tica Ilić, and Sanja Džever attended the congress as representatives of the project team.
