The POT4food project team participated in the AGRIIMERSE workshops, “Enhancing Agricultural Value Chains through Digital and Immersive Technologies: Understanding Consumer Behavior,” held in Belgrade from September 16 to 18.
Representing the project team were Bojan Matkovski, Žana Jurjević, Sanja Džever, and diaspora expert Ivan Đurić from the IAMO Institute.
Bojan Matkovski, project leader, presented the study “Quantifying Shelf Appeal: Eye-Tracking and Galvanic Skin Response in Packaging Research.”
In addition, Ivan Đurić showcased VR and web-based applications, which all participants had the opportunity to try out firsthand.
